Job Description
" Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
" Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
" Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure software quality.
" Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects.
" Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall efficiency.
" Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA automation.
" Provide training and support to team members on QA automation tools and practices.
Mandatory Skills:
" Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and processes.
" Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
" Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
" Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
" Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential issues.
" Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
" Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
" Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
" Knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
" Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
" Understanding of database testing and SQL.
" Experience with version control systems like Git.
" Minimum 4 Years of banking domain experience.
