Job Description
Aegis is seeking a maintenance supervisor to join our client's organization. The positions are on their 2nd and 3rd shifts. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:

- 5+ years of overall maintenance experience.
- 2+ years of experience working as a maintenance supervisor
- Steel manufacturing background
- Experience working with heavy equipment- cranes, cnc machines, saws, ovens, etc.
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Experience with pumps, valves, and cylinders
- Able to work in a hot environment
- Experience working in a union environment
- CMMS upgrade experience- currently looking into new systems for this.
- Leadership experience
- Able to get their hands dirty and assist mechanics or electricians.
- Able to work an off shift schedule and stay overtime when needed.
- 2nd shift: 2-10 pm or 3rd shift: 10:30 pm-6:00 am
