\n You'll own a browser-based canvas editor where many people edit and mark up huge construction drawings at the same time. The hard problems here are rendering speed on massive documents, getting real-time collaboration right, and keeping work intact on unreliable jobsite networks.

- 5+ years building production web apps
- React and TypeScript, with hands-on browser performance work like profiling, latency, and memory
- Experience owning complex client-side state in production, not just fetching and displaying data
- Solid backend skills: you've designed APIs, relational data models, and migrations
