Hays have partnered with a high-performing GC delivering large-scale, data center campuses across Prince William County—and they’re selectively adding Project Managers who want more than just another project… they want scale, ownership of projects, and a clear move into Senior PM. This role is open to Project Managers OR current Senior Project Manager from a Subcontractor or General Contractor background with 3-8+ years of construction experience. Open to APMs looking for promotion to a PM, or current PMs. Seeking skill sets aligned to new construction developments, as well as technical retro-fit and renovation projects.

The seat:
\n
You’ll sit at the center of delivery—working directly with a Project Executive and strong field teams, while taking ownership of:

- Project financials, budgets, and forecasting
- Scheduling and critical path execution
- Coordination across major trade partners (MEP, electrical, mechanical)
- RFIs, submittals, change management
- Acting as a key client-facing leader on high-profile builds
- This is a role where you scale up fast—in technical depth, responsibility, and visibility.

Who this fits:

- PMs coming from a General Contractor or could be a subcontractor background, if the latter would prefer electrical, mechanical, sitework or concrete.
- Open to highly experienced APMs looking for promotion to a PM, or current PMs and SPMs.
- Experience on data centers / mission critical / high-complexity builds is preferred but not a necessity - will look at commercial backgrounds.

- Total Comp range $150K - $200K.
- Base $110K - $150K.
