Responsibilities

<li>Follow all safety procedures and keep work areas clean</li>
<li>Keep management informed on repairs and needs</li>

Qualifications

<li>1+ year of maintenance or handyman experience preferred</li>
<li>Basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Dependable with strong attention to detail</li>
