POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
<ul>
<li>Work with BAC's R&amp;D Design &amp; Testing team to support the development and validation of new products and technologies</li>
<li>Design, assemble, and modify test setups, prototypes, and experimental equipment</li>
<li>Support performance, reliability, and developmental testing activities</li>
<li>Collect, analyze, and report test data to support engineering decisions</li>
<li>Create and update CAD models, drawings, and test documentation</li>
<li>Support design, testing, and project execution activities across multiple engineering programs</li>
</ul>

QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Majoring in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, or Materials preferred)</li>
<li>Seniors or MS students preferred</li>
<li>Comfortable working in hands-on laboratory/testing environment and using shop and power tools</li>
<li>Experience with 2D and 3D CAD required; experience with Autodesk Inventor preferred but not required</li>
<li>Working knowledge of data acquisition equipment setup an operation</li>
<li>Proficient in Excel; advanced knowledge of Excel VBA, Matlab, or similar programming language preferred</li>

BAC Hiring Compensation Range $22 - $28 per hour.&nbsp;
BAC provides additional earnings in the form of overtime as applicable under law.&nbsp;
