Make It Shine DBA SHINE is a 25+ year, 2nd generation, family-owned-and-operated business. We service residential and commercial clients all over Southeastern Virginia which include: window cleaning; pressure and soft washing; gutter cleaning; high dusting; roof cleaning, and more. We take pride in tackling projects other companies can’t/won’t do. We work year-round and full time

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Possess a valid REAL ID driver’s license, a vehicle, and clean driving record

· Must have manual dexterity – able to kneel, reach, climb, balance, lift 50-60lbs

· Not afraid of heights! Ladder work – generally 24ft- 32ft but some up to 40ft.

· Work availability range from 7:00am – 5pm Monday- Friday.

Occasional night/weekends and overtime offered for those who want it.

· Detail oriented and able to work with a team to stay on task

Benefits:

· Start salary $17-$19

- Foreman are hired based on experience from $20-$25
