What you'll do: Prepare detailed cost estimates for custom residential projects from concept through construction Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bids Collaborate with project managers, clients, and architects to ensure accuracy in all estimates Help refine and develop internal systems and workflows for efficiency and scalability Identify and track cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality Assist in maintaining relationships with trusted trade partners and vendors What we're looking for: 2+ years of experience in estimating OR 5+ years of high-end residential construction OR a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field experience Strong understanding of residential building systems, material, and costs Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Familiarity with estimating software and tools A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills A desire to grow with the company and help build on our reputation and success What we offer: Competitive salary, based on experience Paid holidays and vacation time Health insurance 401(k) A supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to be part of a respected and growing company with deep roots Apply Today: If you're ready to bring your expertise to a team that values quality, integrity and long-term success, we'd love to hear from you.
