Apartment Groundskeeper

We are looking for a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused Groundskeeper to join our growing apartment community team. If you are passionate about people, property, and making a difference we’d love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Maintain overall appearance of property delivering exceptional curb appearance.
- Assist with unit trash outs
- Follows direction of Maintenance Supervisor
- Distribute communication notices to tenants doors.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to follow instruction, complete assignments and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Team Player.
