Job Description

About the JobRole Overview\n

\n

We're seeking a Member Development Associate (MDA) to support the growth of an exclusive membership platform designed for founders of established businesses generating $50 million or more in annual revenue.

\n

\n

The platform connects accomplished founders through a structured, relationship-driven approach that creates meaningful business opportunities, strategic introductions, and measurable outcomes.

\n

\n

This is a hybrid role combining Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsibilities with sales operations support. You'll own the early stages of the membership development pipeline, including lead generation, outbound prospecting, initial qualification, meeting scheduling, and CRM management.

\n

\n

You'll work closely with Member Development Directors to identify prospective members, initiate conversations, and ensure qualified opportunities move efficiently through the pipeline.

\n

\n

This is not a traditional sales operations position focused on CRM architecture, integrations, or complex reporting. Instead, you'll be responsible for the daily execution that keeps the sales pipeline organized, active, and growing.

\n

\n

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with outbound prospecting, interested in entrepreneurship, and motivated to grow into a more senior business development or sales leadership role.
