Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Radio System Specialist with hands-on experience in P25 systems, Public Safety Distributed Antenna Systems (P-DAS) such as Fiplex, and Motorola Critical Connect solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of mission-critical communication systems used in public safety and enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with land mobile radio (LMR) systems, particularly P25
- Hands-on experience with Fiplex P-DAS or similar DAS solutions
- Experience with Motorola Critical Connect or similar interoperability platforms
