As a Field Technician in the General Pest Department at Platinum Pest Solutions, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pest control services to multi-family and commercial clients. Your role includes inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, implementing effective treatment plans, and educating customers on pest prevention. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and determine treatment solutions.
  • Apply pest control treatments safely and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Educate customers on pest prevention and maintenance strategies.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  • Follow safety protocols and use proper handling procedures for chemicals and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain and clean company-provided equipment and vehicles.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, new treatment methods, and regulations.

Pest Control Technician Benefits:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pest control certification and licensing (as required by state regulations).
  • Previous experience in pest control or related field preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a service route effectively.
  • Physical capability to lift equipment, work in various environments, and handle treatments.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
