Job Duties:

Assist with facility maintenance and repair tasks

Follow preventive maintenance schedules and safety protocols

Operate and maintain equipment safely

Report repair needs and supply shortages to supervisor

Maintain documentation and safety logs

Support infection control and waste disposal procedures

Participate in safety drills and uphold Resident Rights policies
Qualifications:

High school diploma preferred

Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions

Comfortable working in a team and interacting with residents
