Job DescriptionJob purpose &nbsp; The Maintenance Technician provides repair and maintenance to Clark Center grounds and facilities. &nbsp; &nbsp; Duties and responsibilities &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Perform routine maintenance on buildings and equipment</li>
<li>Repair to ability plumbing, roofing, paint, HVAC and safety hazards in facilities.</li>
<li>Minor construction projects to ability and work with contractors when necessary.</li>
<li>Assist Maintenance Manager with projects.</li>
<li>Complete 0ther duties as required by the position and/or as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer</li>
</ul>
 &nbsp; Qualifications &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Education – High School Diploma or its equivalent</li>
<li>Pass drug screening &amp; background check</li>
<li>Valid MO Driver’s license</li>
<li>Skill and physical ability to complete mild to moderate maintenance and construction tasks</li>
</ul>
 &nbsp; Working conditions &nbsp; General Conditions- Work is generally performed on Clark Center grounds and facilities in normal business working hours.&nbsp;Ability to perform duties in most weather conditions including rain, cold and heat. &nbsp; Physical requirements &nbsp; General Conditions- Travel requiring several hours in a vehicle is expected. Lifting and moving will be expected requiring ability to lift up to 50 pounds. &nbsp; No special conditions apply.
