Summary:
\n
Verigent's client is seeking an IT/AV Systems Engineer to provide hands-on support across both information technology and audiovisual systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Crestron, QSC, and Dante, along with hands-on desktop support skills including Active Directory, laptop imaging/reimaging, hardware/software troubleshooting, basic networking, and remote technical support.

Responsibilities:
\n
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Crestron AV control systems.
\n
• Support QSC audio processing, DSP, and related AV equipment.
\n
• Configure and troubleshoot Dante audio-over-IP systems and devices.
\n
• Troubleshoot conference room systems, displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, cameras, and control interfaces.
\n
• Perform AV system testing, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.
\n
• Assist with AV system deployments, upgrades, and equipment replacements.
\n
• Diagnose signal, connectivity, audio, video, and control-system issues.
\n
• Provide Tier 1-3 desktop and technical support for end users.
\n
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals, applications, and connectivity issues.
\n
• Perform laptop imaging, reimaging, deployment, and configuration.
\n
• Manage and troubleshoot users and computers within Active Directory.
\n
• Assist with account provisioning, password resets, permissions, and basic Group Policy troubleshooting.
\n
• Provide both onsite and remote technical support to users.
\n
• Assist with hardware installations, replacements, upgrades, and asset management.
\n
• Support IT projects, equipment refreshes, system upgrades, and new-user deployments.
\n

Qualifications:
\n
• 3+ years of experience supporting IT and audiovisual systems in an enterprise or corporate environment.
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with Crestron AV systems.
\n
• Experience with QSC audio/DSP platforms.
\n
• Working knowledge of Dante audio networking.
\n
• Strong desktop support experience with Windows PCs and laptops.
\n
• Experience with Active Directory and user/computer administration.
\n
• Hands-on experience with laptop imaging and reimaging.
\n
• Understanding of basic networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
\n
• Experience providing remote and onsite technical support.
\n
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
