Looking for an IT professional that is a hard worker, reliable, a self-motivated individual, and great with solving technology problems. Ideal candidates must be customer-service oriented and have a professional appearance and demeanor. Previous MSP experience will boost the chances of getting hired.
At least 3 years experience performing IT service is required. Previous work in the IT service industry is a must. Qualified individuals will support walk-in customers, answer incoming phone calls, create and manage tickets, communicate with customers, perform bench repair work on PCs and Laptops, as well as phone / remote IT service across many platforms. Experience supporting and troubleshooting business networks as well as an understanding of technology in the workplace is preferred.
Must be proficient in Windows 10 / 11, MacOS, Windows Server 2012 and newer, Microsoft Office, and have experience using PSA and RMM tools.
College Associates degree or equivalent work experience required. A+, MCSE, Security +, Network + are preferred but not required.
