Cleaner (Independent Contractor) — Sacramento, CA & Surrounding Areas
ERF Cleaners is expanding into Sacramento, CA and surrounding areas! We're a growing residential, Airbnb, and commercial cleaning company, and we're looking for experienced, reliable cleaners to join our team as independent contractors.
About the Role
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You'll take on cleaning jobs and keep a percentage of each job you complete — the more you work, the more you earn. This is not a W-2 employee position, and we do not provide health insurance, paid time off, or other employee benefits.
What You'll Do
• Perform residential, Airbnb/short-term rental turnover, and commercial cleanings
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service that keeps clients coming back
• Manage your own schedule and job acceptance based on availability
Requirements
• Proven experience in residential, Airbnb, and/or commercial cleaning
• Able to provide references from previous clients or employers
• Reliable transportation to travel between job sites
• Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and a professional, trustworthy attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage your time well
