Deployment / Field Engineer

Are you a hands-on IT professional who enjoys working directly with clients, solving technical challenges, and delivering high-quality technology solutions? We are looking for a Deployment / Field Engineer to execute onsite installations, hardware deployments, network implementations, and field service activities while providing an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Perform onsite technology deployments, hardware installations, replacements, and technical service work.
- Configure and install workstations, networking equipment, and related technology solutions.
- Complete projects according to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
- Document work performed, equipment installed, issues identified, and recommended next steps.
- Maintain accurate time tracking and service documentation.
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues when necessary.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in field services, IT deployments, technical support, or managed services.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with computer hardware, networking equipment, and technology installations.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an MSP environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, networking, and endpoint deployments.
- Experience using ticketing and documentation systems.
