If so, we want you on our team!About the Role:Challenger Pallet is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and repairing a variety of industrial equipment, ensuring everything runs flawlessly so we can continue delivering top-quality service.While experience in mechanical work and welding is a plus, it's not a requirement. We value hands-on experience and a strong willingness to learn, and we provide onsite training to help you succeed in your role.*This is a Swing Shift position working Monday through Friday 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM*Key Responsibilities:Maintain and repair industrial machinery, including motors, gearboxes, and belt conveyorsTroubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure minimal downtimePerform routine preventative maintenance on forklifts and other equipmentLift up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasksCollaborate with the team to improve equipment efficiencyQualifications:Preferred: 2+ years of mechanical experience (but not required)Familiarity with motors, gearboxes, and belt conveyors is an advantageExperience with welding is beneficialAbility to lift 50 lbsForklift experience is a plusA team player with strong problem-solving skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not requiredSchedule & Pay:Full-time, Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PMStarting pay: $21 - $25 per hour, depending on experience40 hours per weekBenefits:Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with matchingPaid Time Off (PTO)Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Why Challenger Pallet?We foster a positive, collaborative environment where your contributions are valued.We offer on-the-job training to help you grow and develop in your role.We are a drug-free and Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.Ready to apply?
