Job DescriptionMaintenance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, utilities, facilities, and capital projects at a mature alkyd resin manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities

Lead maintenance activities across production, tank farm, utilities, warehouse, and facilities.

Manage maintenance technicians, contractors, and service providers.

Develop and improve PM/PdM programs, equipment criticality, RCFA, and reliability initiatives.

Maintain reactors, kettles, agitators, pumps, heat transfer systems, condensers, distillation equipment, tanks, piping, and utilities.

Oversee boilers, RTO, cooling towers, compressors, nitrogen, thermal fluid, water treatment, and electrical systems.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, PSM, LOTO, Hot Work, Confined Space, and MOC requirements.

Manage maintenance planning, shutdowns, turnarounds, backlog, spare parts, and maintenance budgets.

Lead capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements.

Drive improvements in equipment uptime, MTBF, maintenance costs, safety, and asset life.

Partner with Production, EH&S, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Qualifications
-
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.

10+ years of industrial maintenance experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.

Experience in chemical, coatings, resin, polymer, petrochemical, or similar process manufacturing.

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and reliability experience.

Experience with aging/legacy equipment and PSM-covered processes preferred.

Alkyd resin manufacturing experience is a plus.
