Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: Rosemont, Illinois - hybrid

Type: Contract to hire

Rate: $62/hr W2 ; $130,000 conversion salary

\n

Day-to-Day:

\n

\n
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise web applications across the full product lifecycle.

\n

• Build modern front-end solutions using Next.js and TypeScript.

\n

• Develop RESTful APIs, backend services, and Azure Functions using .NET Core/.NET 8+, C#, and ASP.NET Web API.

\n

• Design and integrate scalable microservices and distributed systems with CRM, ERP, Oracle, and third-party platforms.

\n

• Partner with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, architects, DBAs, developers, and vendors to define and deliver solutions.

\n

• Take ownership of assigned initiatives, establish delivery plans, and drive projects through completion.

\n

• Create system designs, programming specifications, technical documentation, and database structures.

\n

• Lead project teams when needed, delegate work, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate milestones to stakeholders.

\n

• Support production applications and troubleshoot complex performance, reliability, and data-quality issues.

\n

• Improve application observability, monitoring, automation, CI/CD, deployment practices, and operational maturity.

\n

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical-design discussions, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.

\n

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and reinforce technical standards and best practices.

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

\n

• 8+ years of professional software development experience in enterprise applications within corporate or consulting environments.

\n

• 6+ years of hands-on experience developing modern web applications using NextJs and TypeScript.

\n

• 6+ years of experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core/.NET 8+, C#, ASP.NET Web API, and Azure Functions.

\n

• Strong experience designing, building, and consuming scalable microservices and distributed systems.

\n

• Experience integrating enterprise applications with external systems such as CRM platforms, ERP systems, Oracle databases, and third-party APIs.

\n

• Strong knowledge of relational databases, including SQL Server 2019+, Azure SQL, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.

\n

• Experience with Entity Framework Core and modern data access patterns.

\n

• Experience building and supporting cloud-native applications in Microsoft Azure.

\n

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and Infrastructure as Code concepts.

\n

• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, security best practices, and system scalability.

\n

• Experience implementing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.

\n

• Demonstrated ability to independently design, develop, test, and deliver complex features and solutions with minimal supervision.

\n

• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

\n

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in sprint planning, grooming, and technical design discussions.

\n

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams.

\n

• Experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices.

\n
