We're looking for candidates with:
- Manufacturing leadership experience, preferably leading skilled trades teams
- Strong troubleshooting and repair experience with CNC machinery and Fanuc robots
- Mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience
This role will lead a maintenance team, oversee equipment reliability, support preventative maintenance efforts, and drive production uptime.
We're also open to candidates with a strong technical background (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Machining, etc.) who are looking to grow into a leadership role.
Compensation:
$35/hr to $39/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
