This is a highly visible Principal-level technical leadership role responsible for defining end-to-end automation strategies and transforming complex customer requirements into scalable, integrated solutions.

The successful candidate will serve as the technical authority for advanced automation initiatives, partnering across engineering, product management, operations, manufacturing, sales, and external technology providers to deliver innovative platforms for life science and research environments.

This individual will not simply design a component or subsystem. They will architect how multiple technologies work together as a unified solution, providing leadership from concept development through deployment and long-term technology evolution.
