Responsibilities

As the Remote Production Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and optimization of our grease collection and recycling processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance production processes, ensuring they align with our environmental goals.
• Monitoring industry trends and advancements to identify innovative solutions for grease recycling and waste management.
• Managing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders to support business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in production development, operations management, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
• A passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Salary
