Talento Search Group has an opening for IT Helpdesk Support in the Alabaster, Alabama area. This is a direct-hire position and the salary range is about $55,000-65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the technology infrastructure
- Perform day to day general IT operations, network administration, system maintenance, and desktop support
- Build workflows within Appian platform
- Manage and maintain company servers, directory accounts, network configurations, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity training programs for employees, including phishing simulations
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Monitor system logs, run routine backups, apply security patches, and ensure compliance with IT policies
- Maintain documentation for network configurations, IT policies, SOP's, and user support guides
Required Education and experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in system administration, helpdesk support, or network troubleshooting
- Good communication skills
