What You'll Do
- Complete service requests and apartment turns
- Repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry issues
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Maintain community grounds and common areas
- Participate in the on-call rotation
- Follow OSHA and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) REQUIRED
- CPO Certification REQUIRED
- HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Strong customer service and communication skills
