Requirement: Mainframe Batch Resource (Onshore USA)
We are looking for a qualified professional for an onshore (USA) position with strong Mainframe batch processing experience.
Key Requirements:
Hands-on experience in Mainframe technologies, with a focus on Batch processing
Strong knowledge of JCL, COBOL, and related mainframe tools/environments
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve batch job issues independently
Experience working in production support and handling batch schedules
¬Good understanding of data processing, job dependencies, and performance optimization
Candidate Profile:
Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills for coordination with offshore/onshore team
