Compensation:
$22.66 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing clear guidance and support to those involved.
- Conduct thorough investigations of incidents, documenting findings accurately and comprehensively.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective security protocols.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats and reassure guests.
- Assist in the training and development of new security personnel, fostering a culture of safety.
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Experience in security or law enforcement, ensuring a safe environment for all.
- Ability to respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Proven track record of conducting thorough inspections to identify and mitigate safety hazards.
- Strong communication skills to engage with guests and staff, fostering a secure atmosphere.
- Ability to collaborate with team members to develop and implement security protocols.
- Experience in maintaining detailed records of incidents and actions taken, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Ability to train and mentor new team members on safety procedures and emergency response plans.
