Maintenance Technician II Weekend Shift Information:
A production company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join their Weekend Production Crew! This is a direct hire opportunity with a unique weekend schedule that allows you to work only three days per week while earning the equivalent of a 40-hour workweek.
This position is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment while supporting equipment reliability, preventative maintenance initiatives, and overall production uptime. The ideal candidate will have strong industrial maintenance experience and the ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.
Maintenance Technician Pay/Benefits:
- Up to $38/HR (based on experience)

Maintenance Technician II Weekend Shift Schedule:
- Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday / 4:45AM - 5:15PM or 5:15pm-4:45am
- Three 12-hour shifts each week
Maintenance Technician II Weekend Shift Job Duties:

- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues
- Troubleshoot motors, sensors, relays, switches, circuits, and machine controls
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Repair and replace bearings, gearboxes, cylinders, belts, chains, clutches, and other machine components
- Respond to machine breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
- Complete facility maintenance including plumbing, building repairs, and general upkeep as needed
- Document repairs, parts usage, and maintenance activities accurately
- Follow all safety procedures, GMP standards, and Lockout/Tagout requirements
- Work closely with production teams to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Maintenance Technician II Weekend Shift Requirements:

- Previous industrial maintenance experience required
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, sensors, and machine controls
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment independently and efficiently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
