Position Overview

We are seeking a Site Services Supervisor / Superintendent to support a large-scale installation project in Jeffersonville, OH. This role is responsible for leading all field installation activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will oversee crews of technicians and subcontractors, drive productivity, and serve as a key liaison between field operations, project management, and customers.

This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage teams, solve problems quickly, and maintain focus on Safety, Quality, and Schedule Management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop field installation teams and subcontractors.
  • Manage crew performance, attendance, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Conduct job site audits, safety inspections, and regular team check-ins.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and installation procedures.
  • Develop and manage job site schedules and work assignments.
  • Coordinate materials, equipment deliveries, and manpower requirements.
  • Track project progress and proactively address issues impacting schedule or quality.
  • Create and maintain accurate daily job site logs, reports, and documentation.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance coaching of technicians.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and support for installation and warranty-related issues.
  • Partner with Project Managers, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and best practices.
  • Promote a positive, safety-focused, and high-performance work environment.


Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent experience in construction supervision, field operations, or installation project management will be considered.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Proven experience managing construction, installation, field service, or site operations teams.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring, team management, employee development, and performance coaching.
  • Strong leadership experience managing direct reports and field crews.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead, listen, and align teams quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Experience with scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor/vendor coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret measurements, drawings, and basic blueprints.
  • Experience operating equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and scissor lifts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and general computer applications.


Work Environment & Requirements

  • Must be available onsite Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday work as needed.
  • Ability and willingness to commute daily to the Jeffersonville project site.
  • Ability to stand for 6–12 hours at a time.
  • Lift and carry 50–75 pounds regularly.
  • Work indoors and outdoors in active construction environments.
  • Comfortable using ladders, stairs, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Exposure to noise, machinery, and varying weather conditions.

Open to relocation or future project assignments upon completion of the current site is highly preferred.
