What You’ll Lead:
\n
- \n
- Full lifecycle oversight of large‑scale Ground‑Up Data Center electrical projects
- Strategic leadership across PMs, Senior PMs, Superintendents, Senior Supers, and General Supers
- Financial strategy: forecasting, cost control, margin protection, and executive reporting
- Client relationships, contract negotiations, and high‑level coordination
- Fast‑track scheduling, manpower planning, and multi‑project oversight
- Commissioning, QA/QC, and turnover for complex mission‑critical systems

What You Bring:

- 10+ years of electrical construction leadership experience
- Proven success overseeing Ground‑Up Data Center projects
- Strong financial leadership, contract management, and executive‑level communication
- Ability to lead PMs, Supers, and large field teams with clarity and confidence
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360, and Microsoft Office
- A decisive, strategic, solutions‑driven leadership style
- A passion for building mission‑critical projects and developing high‑performing teams
