Location: Port Arthur, TX 77642
Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position SummaryASAP Personnel is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of an apartment community in Port Arthur. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure the property operates efficiently while meeting occupancy, financial, and compliance goals.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the apartment community.
- Manage property budgets and financial performance.
- Lead, coach, and support onsite staff and vendors.
- Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals.
- Monitor delinquency reports and oversee collections.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
- Review and approve contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Conduct routine property inspections.
- Prepare reports for ownership and management.
- Coordinate and oversee capital improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Previous property management experience in the apartment industry required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license, where applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Multifamily apartment management experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, MRI, or other property management software.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
