NOW HIRING: Production Maintenance Technician Pay: $19.00 – $23.00/hour
Pepsi MidAmerica is looking for a skilled Production Maintenance Technician to keep our production running smoothly in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule:
Days: M-F - 7AM - 3:30PM
What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Inspect and troubleshoot machinery</li>
<li>Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment</li>
<li>Respond quickly to breakdowns to reduce downtime</li>
<li>Collaborate with production teams to prioritize repairs</li>
<li>Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Industrial maintenance experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong mechanical &amp; electrical troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail</li>
<li>Able to work independently and on a team</li>
<li>Good communication skills</li>
</ul>
