We are seeking a hardworking and reliable cleaning associate to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors.
8:30pm- 4:30 am Saturday and Sunday
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and stairways in all designated areas (offices, hallways, common rooms, etc.).
- Clean, sanitize restrooms
- Clean and sanitize locker rooms
- Clean floors around swimming pools
- Empty and clean trash receptacles and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal of waste.
- Dust and polish furniture, woodwork, walls, and fixtures.
- clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Clean elevators

- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety hazards and the proper, safe use of various cleaning agents and power equipment (e.g., floor buffers, industrial vacuums).
- Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and regularly lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
