Penn Apartment Staffing is partnering with a rapidly growing Texas-based multifamily management company to hire experienced apartment maintenance professionals for Class A, high-rise, and mixed-use communities in the Austin market.
Positions Available:
- Housekeeper
- Groundskeeper
- Make Ready Technician
- Maintenance Technician
- Service Technician
- Maintenance Supervisor

What We're Looking For:
Successful candidates will have prior multifamily maintenance experience and demonstrate the technical ability, professionalism, and sense of urgency required to support luxury and Class A communities.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and resident communication skills
- The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Experience completing service requests, preventative maintenance, and unit turns
- Attention to detail and pride in the quality of their work
- The ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working with residents, vendors, and onsite teams
- The ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
Additional qualifications may include:
- EPA Certification
- CPO Certification
- HVAC experience
- Previous experience with high-rise or luxury communities
- Previous multifamily experience is required for most opportunities.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
