EXPERIENCED LEASING PROFESSIONAL NEEDED – START ASAP!
Certified Apartment Staffing is looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Houston, TX. We are seeking a motivated professional who can provide excellent customer service and help drive occupancy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous apartment/multifamily leasing experience REQUIRED
- Bilingual English/Spanish HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Experience with leasing, apartment tours, applications, and lease paperwork
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to follow up with prospects and close leases
- Experience with property management software preferred
- Professional communication and a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Must be available to start ASAP
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct property tours and showcase available apartment homes
- Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospective residents
- Process applications and assist with lease paperwork
- Generate traffic and help meet occupancy goals
- Maintain strong relationships with residents and prospects
- Assist with daily leasing office operations
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process
