The Online Sales Specialist is responsible for managing online sales operations for firearms, archery equipment, reloading supplies, and related products within a Federal Firearms License (FFL) environment. This role includes product photography, e-commerce listing management, order processing, customer communication, and inventory documentation. All duties must be performed in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including ATF requirements.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (in-store position)

Essential Job Functions

• Photograph and prepare product images for e-commerce listings.
• Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings with detailed descriptions and specifications.
• Ensure all listings comply with ATF regulations and applicable laws.
• Process online orders, including payment verification and shipping documentation.
• Communicate order status and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate firearm transaction and inventory records.
• Support inventory reconciliation, audits, and record accuracy.
• Operate e-commerce, inventory, and POS systems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Regulatory Compliance

• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws and ATF regulations.
• Ensure accurate firearm transaction and inventory records are maintained.
• Follow required procedures for lawful processing and documentation of firearm sales and transfers.
• Support internal audits and regulatory inspections as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of firearms, archery, reloading, or related products preferred.
• Experience with product photography and e-commerce platforms preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow structured procedures in a regulated environment.

Essential Functions

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform job duties for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, climb small ladders and access inventory as needed.
• Ability to visually inspect products and digital images for accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, electronically, and by phone.
