We are looking for a skilled and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team!
You will be the backbone of the communities that we serve, ensuring residents have a safe, functional, and comfortable place to call home.
Key Responsibilities
- Unit Turns: Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins, including painting, drywall repair, and basic fixture upgrades.
- Work Orders: Complete daily service requests for residents (plumbing leaks, electrical issues, appliance repairs, etc.).
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems, water heaters, and common areas to prevent future issues.
- Curb Appeal: Assist in keeping the grounds, leasing office, and amenities (pool, gym, laundry) clean and functional.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: at least 1 year of experience in property maintenance or a related trade (hotel, hospital, or school maintenance).
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in plumbing (snaking drains, replacing faucets).
- Basic electrical skills (swapping outlets, light fixtures).
- Experience with painting and drywall repairs
- Troubleshooting and repairing household appliances.
- Customer Service: A friendly, professional attitude while on site.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift.
- Reliability: Dependable transportation and communication skills are required.
