Join an AI-native commerce SaaS team building an integrated platform for merchants. You will work across the product and take ownership of features from implementation through iteration.
What You'll Do
- Build and own features across backend and frontend, from initial development through launch.
- Shape the frontend as a product experience by considering usability and user behavior, not just design specifications.
- Ship quickly and improve features based on user feedback.
- Collaborate with teammates to make practical product and engineering decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Two to three years of full-stack software engineering experience, with ability across backend and frontend development.
- Strong autonomy and the ability to make progress without constant direction.
- Fluency with AI tools and techniques to improve and automate engineering work.
- A collaborative approach, including seeking and incorporating feedback.
- Product sense and genuine interest in understanding user needs.
- Experience at a startup or as a founder is valuable, as are examples of products or personal projects you have built.
- Strong technical fundamentals demonstrated through education, engineering experience, or building products.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $200,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site in San Francisco, United States. The role involves nontraditional startup working hours.
