We are seeking an IT Program Manager to work hybrid @ Carlsbad, California

Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
\n
Location: Must reside within a 3-hour drive of Carlsbad, California
\n
Work Arrangement: Primarily remote, with 1 week onsite per quarter in Carlsbad
\n
Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance REQUIRED
\n
Additional Requirement: NATO TSC eligibility/clearance
\n

What We're Looking For:

- Strong experience managing complex IT programs and technical projects.
- Background supporting U.S. Navy or Air Force IT programs.
- Experience with DoD, defense, or military technology environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, program execution, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage technical teams and mission-critical IT initiatives.

Important Requirements:

- Active DoD Secret clearance is mandatory.
- Must be located within a 3-hour driving distance of Carlsbad, CA.
- Must be available on-site for one week every quarter.
