We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. Our Maintenance Technicians play a key role in maintaining our portfolio of vacation homes to ensure every property is safe, functional, and guest-ready.

Schedule: This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Typical shifts include:
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Weekend availability is required, as weekends are an essential part of our operation.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential vacation homes.
- Complete drywall repairs, patching, and interior painting.
- Troubleshoot and perform basic plumbing repairs.
- Troubleshoot and perform basic electrical repairs.
- Complete preventative maintenance and property inspections.
- Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate work order documentation.
- Ensure properties meet company quality standards before guest arrivals.
- Safely operate company vehicles and maintain company equipment.
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team and operations staff.
Qualifications
- Experience in general residential maintenance required.
- Drywall repair and painting experience required.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
