Job Description
· Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
· Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to pinpoint and resolve equipment issues.
· Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs that minimize production downtime.
· Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance in line with established schedules.
· Repair or replace defective components, motors, bearings, belts, pumps, and other machine parts as needed.
· Read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
· Support equipment installations, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.
· Maintain accurate maintenance records and document all completed repairs.
· Partner with production personnel to resolve equipment issues and strengthen machine reliability.
· Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements.
· Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Key Requirements
· Previous experience as an industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or in a similar role preferred.
· Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
· Working knowledge of electrical systems, motors, sensors, and industrial controls preferred.
· Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
· Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
· Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
