<p>The Kamson Corporation, a Top-tier National Property Management Company is seeking a seasoned, highly motivated and customer service driven Maintenance Supervisor for our apartment community located in West Palm Beach, Florida.</p>

<li>Must have Universal HVAC Certification&nbsp;</li>

<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ol>
<li>Turning apartments</li>
<li>Organizing/prioritizing maintenance tasks including work orders and repairs.</li>
<li>Supervising/participating in all aspects of the preventative maintenance programs, as well as the rotating on-call emergency request function</li>
</ol>
