Location: Seneca Falls & Union Springs, NY
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Note: Some weekends and rotating on-call schedule required

Are you a hands-on problem-solver who takes pride in high-quality work? We're looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to help maintain our commercial and residential properties. If you have strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and/or general repairs—we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Repair drywall, patch surfaces, and apply paint (interior and exterior)

• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and complete fixture replacements

• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance across multiple properties

• Perform limited repairs and/or maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and/or structural systems

• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency repair calls

• Perform regular inspections to identify maintenance needs

• Accurately document maintenance work and service records

• Work with property managers, vendors, and contractors to complete projects

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in commercial and residential maintenance

• Experience in carpentry, drywall repair, and painting; knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance

• Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Team-oriented mindset

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and performing physical tasks throughout the day
