Job description
We are looking for a maintenance technician who is friendly, energenic, and patient. Someone who enjoys assisting the elderly with their maintenance needs. The position involves a skillset to provide painting, preventative maintenance, and repairs of all types. Someone who will work seamlessly with supervison from the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the resident's homes are maintained at a high quality.
Skills: painting, drywall patching, minor plumbing, general maintenance. Ability to work independantly with guidance.
Must have or obtain a Level II background clearance with AHCA.
