What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Support the Community Manager in daily property operations</li>
<li>Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally</li>
<li>Coordinate maintenance requests and follow through to resolution</li>
<li>Support marketing and leasing to keep occupancy high, including social media and community events</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, leases, and maintenance</li>
</ul>
What You Bring
<ul>
<li>Property management or customer service experience</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Property management software experience preferred</li>
