Job Description
Summary:
This is a full-time 1st shift opportunity working Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with flexibility for overtime as needed. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), including document control, corrective actions, internal audits, and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards. The individual will work closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to investigate issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure continuous quality improvement. Job Requirements:
- Manage and maintain QMS procedures, work instructions, document control, and corrective action processes.
- Conduct internal audits and support customer and external quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Track, analyze, and report quality metrics while assisting teams with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis tools such as 5-Why, 8D Problem Solving, and Fishbone Diagrams, along with QMS audit experience.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and experience with quality management software.
