Floating Maintenance Technician – Lebanon/Nashville Market
Home Base: Spring Hill Townhomes (Lebanon, TN)
$28/Hour + Full Benefits + Growth Opportunities

Brookside is seeking a skilled Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment communities throughout the Nashville market, with Spring Hill Townhomes in Lebanon serving as your home base. This role is ideal for a maintenance professional who enjoys variety, takes pride in solving problems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You'll work alongside supportive teams across the market, helping maintain apartment homes, complete service requests, assist with unit turns, and ensure our communities remain safe and well-maintained.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
- Strong HVAC skills & EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
- Ability to supervise vendors and ensure safety compliance (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)
- High school diploma or GED
- Drivers License
- Basic tools and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to respond to after-hours calls and perform physical tasks outdoors
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance and oversee all property upkeep
- Complete service requests and apartment make-readies
- Manage preventive maintenance and ensure safety standards
- Coordinate vendor services
- Maintain inventory and manage maintenance budget
- Deliver exceptional service to residents and guests
