Maintenance Technician (PM)

Position – Maintenance Tech
Job Location –Pulaski, Wi
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type –Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 3rd ShiftMonday - Friday
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $23-$28 per hour
Benefits – Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience -• Technical degree in electromechanical or industrial maintenance is advantageous.
Responsibilities
• Conduct regular and emergency mechanical repairs and maintenance of all equipment.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential electrical and mechanical issues.
• Ensure continuous and optimal operation of machinery.
• Document maintenance procedures, corrective actions, and replacement part usage.
• Rapidly respond to mechanical or electrical breakdowns, handling emergencies proficiently.
• Adhere to and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and reports accurately and promptly.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in industrial mechanics, millwright, or maintenance, preferably in an industrial or agricultural setting (3+ years)
- Technical degree in electromechanical or industrial maintenance is advantageous
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in various conditions, including heights (up to 200 feet) and confined spaces
