Position Summary
Clifty Group LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead civil and infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for overseeing project execution from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with company and client requirements. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with the ability to manage teams, budgets, and schedules while driving project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project execution from initiation to completionÂ
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and job cost trackingÂ
- Ensure accurate cost coding, forecasting, and financial reportingÂ
- Manage and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendorsÂ
- Review and approve timecards and project-related documentationÂ
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, contracts, and safety standardsÂ
- Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and cost impactsÂ
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and clients regarding project statusÂ
- Support procurement, scheduling, and resource allocationÂ
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Â
- 5+ years of experience in project management within civil construction or utilitiesÂ
- Strong knowledge of job costing, budgeting, and schedulingÂ
- Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneouslyÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management softwareÂ

Work Environment
This is an on-site position. The role requires frequent interaction with field teams and may involve visiting active job sites.
